"Dear Alison - The weekend was perfect...eight girls, a beautiful house, gourmet cooking, and of course, the odd bottle of wine!  The house was so beautiful, you've done an excellent job.  The photo album showing all the work was fascinating. It was very hard to leave on Sunday, having all decided that we'd suit living in such an establishment.  The cooking school is an absolute must, and we've already started looking in our diaries so we can go to their seafood class.  If we manage to find a time when we're all free to come back to the school, then I'll get in touch to see if the house is free too, as it's the perfect setting for such an indulgent activity.
