Akaroa Dolphins  

Welcome to beautiful Akaroa. Join a journey of discovery through millions of years of fascinating geology, natural heritage, Maori and colonial history. Your hosts Pip & Hugh Waghorn and Craig & Georgie Rhodes are descended from the earliest settlers to Banks Peninsula and they, and their crew, look forward to hosting you on a special nature cruise around Akaroa Harbour and headlands on their stylishly appointed vessel, Into the Blue.

You’ll enjoy a more intimate cruise experience visiting spectacular sea caves, volcanic formations, high cliffs and bird nesting sites. You’ll encounter Hector’s dolphins, the world’s rarest and smallest, as well as seals, penguins and many sea birds.

Complimentary wine, refreshments and fresh baking are served on board.
Into the Blue is full licensed and evening cruises and group charters are also available.

From breathtaking scenic rides along the summit road to beautiful Le Bons & Okains bay culminating in a luscious picnic and local wines to a more sedate cruise along the historical Rail Trail at Little River. These guys will even drop you at the top so no need to grunt your way up Akaroa's steep hills. These guys are all about fun and adventure.
