The Akaroa Cooking School provides a place for people to come and learn how to cook using the freshest of local, seasonal, produce.
We believe that cooking should be a fun part of everyday life and that each meal should be savoured and shared with friends and family wherever possible.
The Akaroa Cooking School is all about celebrating fresh, local ingredients and creating mouth watering recipes that you will want to recreate in your own home for friends and family.
We grow much of the produce for the school ourselves, and we collect the rest from local suppliers and artisan producers.
We are located in the gorgeous seaside town of Akaroa ... just over an hours scenic drive from central Christchurch. Our school is right on the waterfront with spectacular views of the harbour and surrounding hills.
